Auto Key Pro Course Waiver
Course Description:
This waiver pertains to the online training programs offered by Auto Key Pro, including:
1. Automotive Locksmithing Programs
2. Business Course
3. Any and all future courses offered by Auto Key Pro
Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risk:
I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the online training programs provided by Auto Key Pro. I understand that these programs involve activities that carry inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, injury to others, and damage to vehicles and tools.
No Tool Provision:
I acknowledge that Auto Key Pro does not provide any tools or equipment for the course. I am responsible for supplying my own tools and equipment necessary to participate in the training.
Liability Waiver:
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Auto Key Pro, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or to any property belonging to me while participating in the course. This waiver extends to personal injury, injury to others, and damage to vehicles, tools, or other property.
No Refund Policy:
I acknowledge that Auto Key Pro has a strict no refund policy. By signing this waiver, I agree that I will not be entitled to any refund of fees paid for the course, regardless of the circumstances.
Intellectual Property:
I understand and agree that all course materials, content, and information provided by Auto Key Pro are the exclusive property of Auto Key Pro and are protected by copyright laws. I agree not to reproduce, redistribute, or share any course materials or content without the express written consent of Auto Key Pro.
Governing Law:
This waiver is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Auto Key Pro operates, and it applies to participants globally. Any disputes arising from this waiver or participation in the course shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of this jurisdiction.
Acknowledgment of Understanding:
I have read this waiver of liability, assumption of risk, and indemnity agreement, fully understand its terms, and understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue. I acknowledge that I am signing the agreement freely and voluntarily and intend by my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any loss, liability, damage, or
costs they may incur due to my participation in the course, whether caused by the negligence of the
Releasees or otherwise.
